Learn the science and habits of high-performing teams 

Today’s teams are more diverse, dispersed, digital and dynamic than ever, making it harder for teams to achieve their full potential.  Organizations are realizing that having talented people on a team does not guarantee success! Coaching provides the structure and support needed to help teams create positive and sustainable changes that drive outstanding performance.

  • Our team coaching process helps teams build trust and identify, learn, practice and integrate new positive behaviors to create measurable and sustainable improvements in performance.

    Team coaching engagements typically span a period of six months and include:

    • Team Diagnostic™ Assessment (TDA), which measures two interdependent dimensions of team effectiveness

    • Full-day kick off workshop to build psychological safety, develop team contract, share TDA results, determine goals and commit to action and accountability plan

    • Monthly coaching sessions to assess progress, address challenges and celebrate successes

    • Ongoing training and support

    • Redeployment of TDA at end of engagement

    • Closing half-day workshop
